What documents do I need to import a used excavator into Egypt?

<p>We are Anhui Gangya Construction Machinery Co., Ltd., trading as 'Used Excavator Export'. We hold used excavators in yards in Tianjin, Guangzhou and Ningbo, and load from Tianjin, Ningbo, Nansha and Shekou. For Egypt, we ship FOB or CIF, by RoRo, container or flat-rack depending on the machine size.</p><p>Documents we issue: bill of lading, commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Every unit gets a 150-point pre-shipment inspection with photos and video before loading. Payment is T/T: deposit first, balance before loading, invoice in USD.</p><p>We do not state Egyptian import duty rates, age limits, certification rules or exact transit days here. For Egypt we load from Nansha / Shekou, Ningbo-Zhoushan, Tianjin Port. Every machine ships with an invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin; the freight quote names the port you nominate.

Every listing here is one physical machine with its own stock number, hours meter and specific FOB price — not a catalogue entry and not a "from" range. Units are sold one at a time, so the yard list changes daily; confirm availability for this exact unit before you commit.

Before payment you can verify the actual unit: we send a start-up video walkaround, photos of the machine and its data plate, and the readings we found. A third-party inspection at the yard can also be arranged on request.

The machine is loaded from our partner ports in China and travels with a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin. The FOB price covers the machine at the port of loading; freight, insurance and import duty are quoted per destination once you tell us the port you import through.

For your route we name the loading port, the documents the shipment carries and what your broker needs to clear the unit. Duty rates and age limits we have not verified are not published here — send us the destination and we tell you what applies to that shipment.
