Answer

In many destinations a certificate of origin is required to clear the machine and to apply the correct duty. We prepare it on the export side where the rules require it and confirm per order.

Every shipment carries an invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin, issued per order.

Every listing here is one physical machine with its own stock number, hours meter and specific FOB price — not a catalogue entry and not a "from" range. Units are sold one at a time, so the yard list changes daily; confirm availability for this exact unit before you commit.

Before payment you can verify the actual unit: we send a start-up video walkaround, photos of the machine and its data plate, and the readings we found. A third-party inspection at the yard can also be arranged on request.

The machine is loaded from our partner ports in China and travels with a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and certificate of origin. The FOB price covers the machine at the port of loading; freight, insurance and import duty are quoted per destination once you tell us the port you import through.

We are an independent used-excavator export trading company based in Hefei, China, shipping since 2014. We are not an authorised dealer for any manufacturer; brand names are used only to describe the machines we trade.

Send us the stock number or the model you are looking at, together with your destination port, and we reply with the unit, its own FOB price and the loading options for that shipment.

Issued per order. Extra certification is confirmed per order before purchase — we do not list certificates we cannot issue.

The documents that travel with the machine

  • Commercial invoice — The invoice for the unit, in the buyer name and destination used on the bill of lading.
  • Packing list — What is inside the shipment, including any attachments loaded with the machine.
  • Bill of lading — Issued by the carrier; the document your broker uses to clear the machine on arrival.
  • Certificate of origin — Prepared on the export side where the destination rules require it.
  • Pre-shipment certification — Some destinations require SONCAP, PVoC, SABER or SASO. We tell you what applies to your country.
  • Machine records — Hours meter, grade and the inspection findings we can evidence, shared before payment.

Issued per order. Extra certification is confirmed per order before purchase — we do not list certificates we cannot issue.
