Shipping and loading

What is fixed before the machine moves, and what is confirmed with the quote.

    Packing listWhat is inside the shipment, including any attachments loaded with the machine.

    Bill of ladingIssued by the carrier; the document your broker uses to clear the machine on arrival.
  4. 04
    Certificate of originPrepared on the export side where the destination rules require it.
  5. 05
    Pre-shipment certificationSome destinations require SONCAP, PVoC, SABER or SASO. We tell you what applies to your country.
  6. 06
    Machine recordsHours meter, grade and the inspection findings we can evidence, shared before payment.

    Tell us the machine you need and the port you import through.

  2. 02Verify condition

    Video walkaround or third-party inspection of the actual unit before you pay.

  3. 03Confirm the deal

    Approve the condition and the final FOB price, and fix the payment terms in writing.

  4. 04We load and document

    Customs and freight handled; loading photos sent with the shipping documents.

  5. 05You clear on arrival

    We share what your broker needs, including the documents for that machine.

What the machine costs landed

Put in the numbers you are working with. The calculator only adds them up — nothing is sent anywhere until you ask us to quote.

Insurance is taken on FOB + freight. Duty is taken on the CIF value. Both are your own rates — enter the percentages that apply to your country.
